The organization of the paper is suitable. The methodology of the paper is suitable. I have also seen a small overlooked problem which is related about the patients demographics. Some of the risk factors weren't evaluated such as smoking, drinking,……. If they were, the paper would be perfect. But this version would be also ok. I have seen a few grammatical errors.
