Materials/Methods: A 39 year old non-smoking patient manifested cyclic perineal pain related with the menses as a main symptom. A perineal biopsy was done and the endometriosis was confirmed under histopathologic study. The resection of the present lesion was realized and included a primary perinoplasty.
