The new Cyclonator Phosphate Washing S y s t e m recycles valuable phosphate w a s h solution in a closed-loop arrangement. The closed-loop system captures and effectively cleans w a s h w a t e r while p r e v e n t i n g g r o u n d w a t e r contamination and possible EPA fines. This design enables users to meet the zero-discharge req u i r e m e n t s of the E P A while saving t h o u s a n d s of dollars reusing the phosphate solution. The Epicycloidic Wash System is a cleaning system that will clean brass, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel without scratching or marring. It will remove machining chips, dirt particles, and unwanted matter such as oils, coolants, and other undesirable elements.
