Roller-Conveyor Blast System Guyson Corp. of U.S.A. Saratoga Springs, N. Y. Guyson Corp. has introduced a compact roller-conveyor blast system for continuous in-line cleaning or surface preparation of material such as angle iron, rod. bar, pipe. and channel stock. The standard Model RC-800 is a pneumatic suction-blast system with up to 8 guns. which can deliver any type of blast media in• cluding the most aggressive mineral grit. Powered rollers convey the work at controlled and variable speed through blast from a series of guns positioned for 360 coverage of all aspects. The work then passes through an airwash chamber at the exit side of the machine. Specially adapted roller drives are available to feed short-sectioned pieces. Pneu• matic media delivery allows use of a wider range of abrasives than is com• patible with turbine-blast equipment employed for similar structural ma• terial.

Evaporator System™ The Poly Products Evaporator System evaporates water from process solutions and waste waters uhder atmospheric conditions. The highest evaporation rate can be achieved by heating the solution prior to pumping it into the evaporator. This is accomplished by using our heated tank with either a gas-fired burner, steam coil or electric heater.
