For the paper on root-canal technic every step of simple plans of asepsis, rootcanal enlargement, measurem ent of canals and apical foram en and the plac ing of root fillings will be demonstrated in the m ost practical way. For the paper on radiography, films w ill be shown in illum inating boxes illustrating the advan tages of the X-ray in m aking good rootcanal fillings and special attention will also be devoted to the interpretation of radiographs o f bone conditions.

F or the paper on gingivitis, the various conditions leading to infections of the gingivae w ill be dem onstrated on large plaster models, together with the technic which should be em ployed to elim inate or prevent
such
infections.
The

feature o f this demonstration w ill be the possibility o f preventing a large percent age o f peridental disease. For the paper on in fection s o f the peridental membrane the dem onstrations will consist of photom icrographs
of
recent
studies

the peridental membrane cementum and dentin made by new laboratory methods. These w ill serve to give a clear under standing o f the pathological changes which occu r in chronic infections of these tissues. Techn ic of new methods of treatm ent w ill also be demonstrated.
