US manufacturer of speciality resins R C Mann Chemical has introduced the RC 1000 series of low molecular weight, styrene maleic anhydride resins that can be used as a resin modifier in plastics. The RC 1000 series of resins includes RC 1010 - a 1600 molecular weight resin with a 1-to- 1 ratio of styrene to maleic anhydride - while RC 1020 is a 1700 molecular weight resin with a 2-to- 1 ratio.
