Armor-Clad Rack System The Mitchell-Bate Co. Wa terbury, Conn.

Titanium Anode Baskets MBA Mfg. & Supply Co. Mundelein, 111.

Racks and Baskets Associated Rack Corp. Chicago

Mitchell-Bate’s Armor-Clad Rack System is a technologically advanced plating rack design that requires less maintetrance, provides better plating thickness distribution, and uses far less electrical current than standard plastisol coated racks. The diversity of the Armor-Clad rack allows you to use the same mainframe for al1 your parts, which drastically reduces future rack costs. The result is a rack system that increases production, lowers your tost per part, and increases profits.

MBA’s Anode Baskets offer maximum corrosion resistance and high strength-to-weight ratio and feature quality construction for long service life. The Double Knife-Edge Hook design is integrated with basket frame to allow better electrical contact and distribution. Fabricated from commercially pure titanium, these anode baskets are available in rectangular or bal1 styles and in perforated, regular expanded, and micro-mesh expanded metal.

Racks and baskets for plating, electropolishing, powder coating, and painting are custom designed by Associated Rack Corp. These items are then manufactured or rebuilt in one of the company’s 10 U.S. manufacturing locations.
