Abstract available at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27938991 Editorial Comment: The authors present a 13-patient series of men with corporeal fibrosis undertaking a 3-month daily vacuum therapy protocol in an effort to “soften” the tissue and facilitate prosthesis implantation. Most of these men had already undergone explantation due to infection. An average increase of stretched penile length of 0.92 cm was achieved in most men but this did not reach statistical significance. This seems like a reasonable and safe approach to a difficult problem. Allen F. Morey, MD
