The savings are achieved by replacing the original one-piece liner with a backing block and a liner comprising a number of individual inserts. Like previous liner replacements, this is a highprecision operation requiring specialist equipment and is best carried out

The brochure highlights Whirl Wet low-maintenance and operating expense advantages, and discusses new "green" technology that lowers waste volume and recycles the small amount of water the systems uses. The brochure includes application profiles from Kraft, Barnes Aerospace, Florida Tile, Musashi Auto Parts, and others, and describes how the technology is used to collect particulate generated by their processes.
