H., male, aged sixteen years. History.-Patient has suffered for several years from periodical headaches, and complains of bad taste in the mouth. He has no local pain in teeth or jaws.

Roentgen Findings.-Skull views, anterior-posterior and lateral views show second and third maxillary ri ght molars displaced below orbital cavity ; third maxillary left molar displ aced below orbital cavity; mandibular third molars ri ght and left displaced poster ior and upward in th e r ami ; mandibular second molar s in a distoangular position. region , and the second and third molars were removed together with cysti c sac. Both antrums were opened during operation, and iodoform gauze dressings were inserted. Three weeks later the patient was discharged with very small openings, and the antrums were apparently clear . The mandibular teeth were also removed by the r outine technique. This case is an example showing how far teeth can be displaced by pressure fro m developing cysts.
