US. Surgeon General Launches Health Website Upgrades WASHINGTON, DC--Surgeon General David Satcher announced in March new features and services at http://www. healthfinder.gov, the government gateway website for health information. Also featured are resources to help consumers decipher fraud and quackery and guides on how to find health care centers and physicians who practice alternative medicine.
