Reason: In the proof of Lemma 2.8 in this paper, the authors mistakenly claimed to have obtained u λ in M λτ . However, u λ = v λ (· − y ) does not belong to u λ in M λτ , making the statement u λ in M λτ false. The same error occurs in the proof of Lemma 4.6. The failure of both Lemmas 2.8 and 4.6 makes Theorems 1.1 and 1.2 invalid. The authors sincerely apologize for the errors.
