been to publish material of importance to practicing dermatologists. To assure quality, all manuscripts have been reviewed by one or more of the Editors and at least two reviewers. Authors have been given the opportunity to recommend reviewers; every effort has been made to use at least one of the suggested reviewers, although this has not always been possible. Reviewers have been urged to consider manuscripts positively and to exert every effort to make recommendations that will improve the quality of the articles.
