Policlinico Di Abano Terme, Dept. of Urology, Abano Terme, Italy INTRODUCTION & OBJECTIVES: We present the surgical technique of realization of intracorporeal ileal orthotopic neobladder after robotic assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy. MATERIAL & METHODS: We have described a step by step procedure in a male patient underwent to robotic assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy. CONCLUSIONS: we believe that the technique of realization of orthotopic ileal neobladder intracorporeal is safe, reproducible and no immediates and long-term complications.
