in the 32°F range. They have proven to be equally well suited to Type II anodizing at 85°F and above. The tanks are manufactured using l- and 1.5-in. solid material, in lengths to 110 ft and depths to 15 ft. Special shapes can be fabricated to meet plant requirements.

Process Technology has designed a heater specifically for the difficult application of phosphate heating. These heaters last longer than traditional designs because of their unique construction. They are available in a variety of sizes for both over-the-side and bottom heater applications. Circle 401 on the reader service card INSULATED
COPOLYMER
TANKS
Tri-Mer Corp. Owosso, Mich.
Tri-Mer’s copolymer tank technology allows tanks to be manufactured in significantly larger sizes than has been practical before, because thermal expansion is not a factor. These tanks were originally engineered for hardcoat anodizing operations where temperatures are held continuously January 2003
Guyson Corp. is offering an indexing table blast system with rotary spindles for high-speed surface preparation work on small components. The Model RXS-900 can be used for selective or overall etching of parts prior to bonding or coating, or when a specific profile roughness must be generated on mass-produced parts. The blast machine has 12 spindles and can be programmed in double-indexing mode to present two parts at a time to blast treatment at two to four stations inside the cabinet. As the component rotates at controlled speed on the spindle, it is exposed to blast from a bat-
tery of nozzles that are rigidly mounted on multi-adjustable brackets. The arrangement of the blast guns can be modified for processing parts of different geometry Circle 403 on the reader service card DUAL-INPUT

CONTROLLERS
Walchem Corp. Holliston, Mass.
Walchem Corp. announced the introduction of the WDP Series Dual Input pWORP Controllers. These versatile controllers accept two electrode signals, in any combination of pH and ORP, and are offered in a convenient prewired NEMA 4X wall-mount package that can be installed in minutes. The dual-input models are more cost effective than two single input models. All controllers are compatible with the WEL Series pWORP electrodes, which offer an extremely reliable differential measurement technique that is immune to any possible ground loop problems. Electrode troubleshooting is simplified through self-diagnostics. All models meet UL, CSA, and CE standards for safety and performance, providing reliable operation in harsh industrial environments subject to electrical or radio frequency noise interference.
