Applicant: SOS Srl, Italy This patent describes a seal typical of that used for sealing the roll neck of rolling mills, but described, in the translation, as laminating cylinders. It provides for a replaceable sealing section within the overall moulding. The sealing lips and body of the seal can be made of different elastomers to provide the optimum materials, for example, for heat resistance at the sealing lips.
