ABS sees water technology as core business ABS has highlighted wastewater technology as its core business by introducing a new, targeted organisation based on knowhow and application expertise. Building on its background in wastewater pumps and mixers, ABS is now including expertise in aeration technology, compressors and control & monitoring.

"From now on we will present our complete offer under the common brand ABS, and approach the market as one organisation" says ABS President Peter Aru. "Additionally, the new regional world-wide sales organisation set up last year has given positive effects in getting even closer to the market, combining

global presence with local strength" says Aru. In dewatering, ABS will continue to build on its position in the construction and mining industry. For the pulp & paper market, ABS established in January this year a new borderless key account organisation, ABS Scanpump AB, and reintroduced its Scanpump brand.
