SMFM Policy Regarding Audio and Video Recording As a courtesy to faculty, presenters and registrants, it is the general policy of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine that there shall be no audio/video recording or any type of photographic reproduction of any material presented at a SMFMsponsored postgraduate course or the annual scientific meeting. This does not preclude taking pictures of your poster presentation for personal use. In special circumstances, a presenter or participant can petition the Program Chair and the SMFM Board of Directors by written request at least 30 days in advance of the meeting to have this policy waived for a specific reason if the presenter(s) is (are) in agreement and if the recording or photography can be arranged without disruption to the other meeting participants.
