Call f o r Nominations: The Jeanne E. Doyle Award for Excellence in Vascular Nursing The Jeanne E. Doyle Award is the highest honor given to a member of SVN. Anyone who has been a member of SVN for 2 or more years is eligible. The recipient must excel in vascular nursing not only at the bedside but also at the community, state, and/or national level. This person must demonstrate strong clinical, academic, and leadership skills and be knowledgeable in the research process. Candidates must be nominated by two people. One person must be a current SVN member; the other person must be a registered nurse. If you would like to nominate an SVN member for this prestigious award, please contact the SVN National Office, 309 Winter St., Norwood, MA 02062, phone (617)762-3630, for more information and an application form. Deadline for application is December 31 of each year.
