Method of solution P o i s s o n ' s equation is r e p l a c e d by a 5 - p o i n t finite d i f f e r e n c e a p p r o x i m a t i o n and the r e s u l t i n g e q u a t i o n s a r e s o l v e d by a m e t h o d b a s e d on F o u r i e r a n a l y s i s [1-3].
