Waterborne compatible, the GTi features da stainless steel fluid tip and needle and an electro1less nickel-plated gun body inside and out. Available iin pressure-feed, gravity-feed, and suction-feed modiels, GTi represents the next generation of compliant-spray gun technology. Additional features of GTi Gravity Feed include a 32-0~ aluminum cup with disposable push-on lid and quick clean-up and upside-down, drip-free spraying with EZ Liner disposable cut liners.

3ata has released the Sata Jet RP, a spray gun that offers a compromise between HVLP technol~gy and conventional high-pressure spray guns. I’his new spray gun features a moderate reduction in inlet air pressure. While not being HVLP compliant, the Jet RP still provides a transfer efficiency above 65%, thus combining fast-working speed with the high profitablility of HVLP. It will be available in 4 nozzle sizes and with a plastic or aluminum cup featuring the Quick Change thread. Other features include stainless steel needle and fluid tip as well as self-adjusting packings. lt is suitable for all types of material, especially those with a large share of solid particles, such as HS clearcoat.
