hances are either you, or your patients, are stressed out. Recent studies have demonstrated that the proportion of U.S. workers who reported feeling "highly stressed" have more than doubled during the period from 1985 to 1990. Nearly half of all adults (43 percent) suffer adverse health effects because of stress, and as many as 75 percent of all 1. How would you rate your stress levels during a rypical week?
