The ‘‘Best of the COS 2012 Annual Meeting’’ Regular readers of this journal will note this month that there is an unusually large number of review articles contained within this issue. Topics for these reviews were solicited from the conveners of the June 2012 Canadian Ophthalmological Society annual meeting and represent areas that held significant interest for participants. The journal is indebted to the authors of this material for taking the time to summarize so eloquently information that we believe will be as useful to our readers as it was to those in attendance at the meeting. Les sujets de ces articles, souleve´s par des de´le´gue´s a l’assemble´e annuelle de juin 2012 de la Socie´te´ canadienne d’ophtalmologie, pre´sentaient des champs de discussion qui ont soutenu un vif inte´reˆt chez les participants.
