observations. Using the observational data with a frequency resolution of 0.5 MHz obtained at Yunnan Observatory, we got a bandwidth distribution of spikes in a frequency range from 230 MHz to 300 MHz, and derived the possible dimension of spike sources to be 151km and the upper limitation to be 830km. The Fine Structures in the Solar Radio Burst at 2 cm Waveband AApS 1212(1992) 161-167 KU0 C&ping GAO Zheng-min LI Zi-ying FAN Ying ~~~~~~~ of A~t~norn~, D~~ing ~o~al ~niv~sit~~ The observed fine structure of solar radio burst at 2cm waveband are described in this paper. The profile characteristics of the fine structure superimposed on 47 GB microwave strong burst associated with the active region AR6063 on May 23, 1990 were particularly analysed. Some relevant parameters were calculated, and the results briefly discussed. Key words: soku radio radiation-short centimeter wave-fine structure

paper, the radio burst and the spike radiations at 2640 and 2840MHz on 30 July 1990, which were associated with a two-ribbon flare of importance 2B, are described. Their profiles with second and millisecond timescales and their frequency characters are briefly discussed. Moreover, the related emission bandwidth, the growth rate of the electron cyclotron maser instability, the quasi-oscillations and some physical parameters of the radiation source region were analysed and estimated. The event of solar millisecond-scalar solar radio spike radiation on 17 March 1989 were analysed in this paper. The active phenomena related to the event were examined concerned, The FFT power spectra were calculated for the rapid ~uctuations. The features of the quasi-periodic pulsation obtained from the spectra were discussed. Key words: Solar radio burst-fine structure-Ho flare
