Ultrasonic Power Corp.‘s systemsfeature rugged, stainless steel tank and frame construction, simultaneous multifrequency utilizing Vibra-Bar transducers, and power-intensity controls. The portable 39-gal ultrasonic cleaning system has tank dimensions of 32 X 18 X 16 in.
Surftran-Martin Walter Ultrasonics are powered by Powersonic Modular generators. Single-sourceremote control provides flexibility in system design. Up to five 1,500-Watt modules can be controlled independently or as a single system. Immersible transducers are constructed of 316Ti material, which is used for chemical and cavitation erosion resistance. Push Pull Transducersare constructed of titanium alloy, which eliminates lossesin sound transmission. Radial ultrasound generatesa homogeneous dense sound field. Push pull maxhizes efficiency while minimizing space usage. All push-pull transducersare dry-run protected.

The UL-approved generator operates at 40 KHZ. A variable power controller is available as an option. The 2-gal cleaning tank is fully constructed of heavy-duty 316L stainless steel with internal working dimensions of 6 X 12 X 8 in. The cleaning tank features 600 Watts of thermostatically controlled heat and M-in. drain with ball valve. A complete line of accessories is available.
