RESULTS: In allergic contact dermatitis group, 57 patients have positive contact history with 53 patient have positive patch test results and 4 patient negative With the sensitivity of TRUE patch test TM being 93.0%. 18 patients had not clear contact history, 11 of which with positive patch test results and 7 with negative results. Five non-allergic-dermatitis patients presented positive results, while others were negative, thus the specificity of the methods 80%. One patient presented late-phased reaction 7 days after the test. None of the tested patients have systemic side-effect, Most of the patients did not present local side-effect except gentle tickle.
