ZINC INDUSTRY IN UTAH. The zinc ore product of the Park City district in Utah fell off heavily in I9o5 through the caving-in of the Ontario drain tunnel, says Mr. Charles Kirehoff of the United States Geological Survey in a forthcoming report on the production of zinc. A mill equipped with the Blake-Morseher electrostatic separators was .p~ut into commission during I9O5 at Salt Lake City. At Frisco the Horn Silver Company shipped a consideraq)Ie tonnage of zinc ore to the Iola works. There has been some talk of building a zinc works at Bonneville, twelve miles north of Ogden.
