Sanford Process provides the world’s finest hardanodizing process for coating all aluminum alloys for the different industries. Specifically, the Sanford Low Voltage (12-18 V DC) AC+AC Process can successfully and repeatedly coat 2000 series aluminum alloy and casting and can produce uniform thicknesses of up to 0.008 in. on many alloys. Sanford offers three options in the hard-anodizing process, covering the broadest possible range of applications in the industry.
