Utex I n d u s t r i e s has elected Joel J Pippert to the position of chairman of the board and president. Mr Pippert has been with the company since April 1970 and has held various executive positions since that time. Most recently, he served as president and chief executive officer of the company. Utex Industries is a supplier of braided packing, moulded products, mechanical seals and engineered plastic products. It has manufacturing plants in Houston, Weimar and Odessa, Texas. Mr Chip Bresette has joined G&H P r o d u c t s as the new business development and marketing m a n a g e r r e s p o n s i b l e for all aspects of G&H marketing and strategic business development programs. He comes to G&H from Electromotive Systems of Menomee Falls, WI, where he served as director of marketing.
