The publisher regrets that on page 294 of this article, in the first paragraph of the left-hand column, a number of reference citations were incorrectly added to the author’s text. The author listed four numbered points, in the text of which the numbers were inadvertently replaced with literature references by the publisher. The following corrections are warranted: 1. (U.S. Code of Federal Regulations) should be (1) 2. (Monji et al., 2000) should be (2) 3. (Steinman and Witmer, 1978) should be (3) 4.
