FOR
BBA-BIOENERGETICS
BBA is published according to a v o l u m e - n u m b e r i n g scheme t h a t embraces all sections of the journal: for I968 the s c h e m e - - c o v e r i n g the volumes i 5 o - I 7 o - - i s to be found on the inside cover of this issue. The seven individual sections are distinguished b y a colour code, and a series n u m b e r has hitherto been inserted on the spine. The overall v o l u m e - n u m b e r i n g s y s t e m and colour code are to be maintained; however, instead of the series n u m b e r , each section is to be given its own sequential volume n u m b e r s , these being assigned in retrospect to the volumes already published in t h a t section. This s y s t e m will r u n parallel to the overall BBA scheme: for the BIOENtgRGETICS section the correspondence is indicated in the table below. This issue is therefore BIOCHIMICAET BIOPHYSICA ACTA, Vol. I 5 3 / 3 or BBA--BIOENERGETICS B3/3.
