proposed line of work. Any researcher in a training program is welcome to submit, including those in clinical and non-clinical disciplines. The first author must be a trainee and the cover letter should detail their role in the project. On behalf of the trainees, I would like to thank the journal for this great opportunity and pledge to enrich the content of the journal with new creative ideas. On behalf of the journal, I would like to welcome all the trainees and we look forward to your contributions and continuing to build on the legacy of this great journal. William F.
