cardial infarction in a patient found to be free from coronary abnormalities. 1145 Evaluation of Right Ventricular Function in Essential Hypertension Patients with Different Mode of Left Ventricle by Strain Rate Imaging Hongbin Chen, Department of Respiratory, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, China Jinling Chen, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, China Ruiqiang Guo, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, China Objective: To evaluate the value of strain rate imaging (SRI) in quantitatively detecting right ventricular function in hypertension (HBP) patients with different mode of left ventricle. Methods: Thirty-eitht patients with HBP were divided into 2 groups by left ventricular mass index ( LVMI) and relative wall thickness (RWT); twenty-three controls were performed echo examination. Tissue velocity imagings of all the patients and controls were accepted in apical four chamber views. The indies included: peak systolic velocity (Vs), peak early diastolic velocity (Ve), peak late diastolic velocity (Va) and Ve /Va of triscular annulus, peak systolic strain rate (SRs), peak early diastolic strain rate (SRe), strain rate (SRa) and SRe /SRa of right ventricular free wall,. Results: Compared with controls, Ve /Va of group LVN decreased significantly, but there were no difference in Vs and Ve; compared with group LVN and controls, Ve and Ve /Va of group LVR decreased significantly, but there were no significantly difference in Vs; compared with controls, Ss,SRe and SRe/ SRa of group LVN and LVR decreased significantly, but there were no significantly difference in SRs; compared with group LVN, Ss,SRe and SRe/ SRa of group LVR decreased significantly, but there were no significantly difference in SRs. Conclusions: The systolic and diastolic function of RV in patients with HBP damaged with or without reconstruction; SRI can evaluated RV funciton in these patients accurately. 1146 Evaluation of Synchronism of Left Ventricule in Patients with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy by Strain Rate Imaging Jinling Chen, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, China Ruiqiang Guo, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, China Qing Zhou, Department of Echocardiography, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, China Lidan Hao, Department of Echocardioarphy, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, China Objective: To evaluate the value of strain rate imaging (SRI) detecting synchronism of left ventricular in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). Methods: Twenty-one patients with HCM were divided into 3 groups by thickness of interventricular septum and left ventricular wall :1non hypertrophy (NH), wall thickness ( WT)ⱕ11 mm, 101segments; 2mild hypertrophy(MH), 11 mm⬍WTⱕ15 mm, 86 segments; 3severe hypertrophy (SH), WT⬎16mm, 65 segments; eighteen controls (216 segments) were performed echo examination. tissue velocity imagings of all the patients and controls were accepted in apical four, long axis or two chamber views. The indies included: 1TSSR; 2TESR; 3TSSR-SD; 4TESR-SD; 5⌬TSSR; 6⌬TESR; 7CVTSSR; 8 CVTESR. Results: Compared with controls, TSSR and TESR of MH and SH of HCM delayed significantly; compared with controls, TESR of NH delayed significantly, but there were no significant difference in TSSR; TSSR and TESR the three groups of HCM delayed in order, NH⬍MH⬍SH; compared with controls, TSSR-SD, TESR-SD,
Volume 35, Number 8S, 2009 ⌬TSSR, ⌬TESR, CVTSSR, CVTESR in patients with HCM increased significantly. Conclusion: The regional electro-machine time in systole and early diastole of patients with HCM delayed; systolic and diastolic asynchronization of left ventricular exist in HCM and can be evaluated accurately by SRI. 1147 Echocardiographic Assessment for Therapeutic Effect of Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells with Hydrogel Composite Injection in Myocardial Infarction Area Jinling Chen, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, China Ruiqiang Guo, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, China Qing Zhou, Department of Echocardiography, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, China Objective: To detect cardial function in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) rabbits models before and after bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) with hydrogel composite injection. Methods: Anterior AMI was produced in fifty-six rabbits and BMSCs with hydrogel composite were prepared. 1 week After AMI, fifty-two rabbits were divided into 4 groups and accepted epicardial injection: 1group of treatment (group A): BMSCs with hydrogel composite marked by BrdU; 2group of masculine control (group B): BMSCs marked by BrdU; 3group of materials (group C): hydrogel marked by BrdU; 4 group of blank (group D): fetal bovine serum. Echocardiography were performed before AMI, 1weeks after AMI and 4 weeks after epicardial injection. Results: Compared with before AMI, rabbits of all 4 groups had significantly larger LVDd, thiner AW, lower LVEF, lower VS and VE(p⬍0.05) 1 week after AMI, which were more significant in group A(p⬍0.05). Compared with 1 week after AMI, group A and group B had significantly smaller LVDd, thicker AW, larger LVEF, lager VS and VE (p⬍0.05) 4 weeks after epicardial injection., which were more significant in group A(p⬍0.05); but there was no significant difference in group C and group D. Conclusion: BMSCs with hydrogel composite can cure AMI effectively, decrease reconstitution of left ventricle and improve local systolic, diastolic function after AMI. 1148 Doppler Echocardiogrphic Assessment of Right Ventricular Function in a Rabbit Model of Chronic Monocrotaline-Induced Pulmonary Hypertension Yun-You Duan, Department of Ultrasound Diagnostics, Tangdu Hospital, China Hong-Mao Chen, Department of Ultrasound Diagnostics, Tangdu Hospital, China Li-Jun Yuan, Department of Ultrasound Diagnostics, Tangdu Hospital, China Ning Zhou, Department of Ultrasound Diagnostics, Tangdu Hospital, China Juan Li, Department of Ultrasound Diagnostics, Tangdu Hospital, China Yue-Min Wang, Department of Ultrasound Diagnostics, Tangdu Hospital, China Tie-Sheng Cao, Department of Ultrasound Diagnostics, Tangdu Hospital, China Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the right ventricular function and hemodynamic changes by Doppler echocardiography in rabbits with monocrotaline (MCT)-induced chronic pulmonary hypertension (CPH).
