A Small Animal Satellite Symposium will be held concurrently in English only on 20 and 23 October at the Dan Hotel, Tel Aviv, including participation in the main Congress sessions on 21 and 22 October.
FIFTH INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS FOR VIROLOGY -- FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT The Virology Section of the International Association of Microbiological Societies is organizing The Fifth International Congress for Virology which will be held from 2 to 7 August 1981, in the Congress Centre in Strasbourg, France. The scientific programme will include symposia on subjects of general interest, workshops on specific subjects, and poster sessions which will cover all areas of virology. The congress will run for six consecutive days. Accomodations of varying costs will be reserved; in particular, inexpensive university dormitory rooms will be made available. Those virologists who plan to attend this Congress should send their name and mailing address immediately to: Professor L. Hirth, Chairman, National Host Committee Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology CNRS 15 Rue Descartes 67000 Strasbourg FRANCE Respondents will be placed on a mailing list for all further communications including the Second Announcement/PreliminaryProgramme which will be distributed in May 1980.
