15TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE ON PHYSICS & CHEMISTRY OF SEMICONDUCTOR INTERFACES (PCSI-15) Asiiomar, CA, USA, 1-3 February 1988 The PCSI conferences are devoted to fundamental studies of the physical, chemical, structural and electrical properties of semiconductor surfaces and interfaces including growth characteristics and defect structures. The forthcoming conference at Asilomar will consider topics similar to those discussed at recent meetings in Salt Lake City (1987), Pasadena (1986) and Tempe (1985). The workshop character of the conference will be continued. Abstracts should be sent to the conference chairman, Jim Chadi, Xerox Corporation, Palo Alto Research Center, 3333 Coyote Hill Road, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, and must be received by 9 October 1987.
