AGRICULTURAL TRANSPORT SYSTEM
METHOD OF REDUCING PLANT GROWTH HEIGHT USING PHENYLALKYLMORPHOLINES
Gedalyah Manor, Haifa, Israel assigned to Technion Research & Development Foundation A power-driven structure comprises a long grider (I) supported at its both ends by selfpropelled carriages (II) which raise and lower the girder, the implement being designed for travel across planted fields or orchards without compacting the soil. Various implements, such as a cotton harvester (34), a potato picker (VIII) or a fruit collecting device may be suspended from, and propelled along, the girder (I). A mechanical conveyor (15) extends along the top of the girder, and a pneumatic conveyor system (13) is arranged underneath the mechanical conveyor. The pneumatic conveyor system is provided with spaced nozzles (40) for connection to flexible suction pipes (34).

This invention relates to novel pyrazolesulfonamides, agricultural compositions thereof and the methods of their use as general and/or selective herbicides and/or plant growth regulants.
PIPE CLEANING OR TREATING PLANT Stephen E Remp, Rodger M H Ewen, Norman S Cumming, Inverurie, United Kingdom assigned to Ramco Oil Services Plant is described for cleaning or treating the insides of pipes, tubes and the like. The plant comprises a pipe-receiving station, a cleaning station and means for conveying the pipes, tubes and the like towards and away from the cleaning station in a direction transverse to their axes. The cleaning station includes elongated lance means with spray means at one end and mean for moving the lance means and a pipe, tube or the like axially relative to one another to cause the spray means to traverse the inside of the pipe, tube or the like and spray it with, for example, abrasive material. The inside of the pipe, tube or the like may also be sprayed with treatment liquid or rust-proofing liquid. Two pipes at a time may be treated and the whole plant is preferably so constructed as to be mobile, being constructed of readily assemblable units arranged in a number of standard I.S.O. shipping containers.
4705670 MULTIPLE OXIDATION NITROGEN FIXATION Louis R O'Hare The electric fixation of nitrogen from air is enhanced and made more efficient by the simultaneous multiple use of the electric discharge for both reacting nitrogen and oxygen to nitric oxide and for generating other specific oxidizing agents for the further oxidation of nitric oxide to higher oxides in that this special cell thereby rapidly effects not only the oxidation of nitrogen to nitric oxide but also rapidly oxidizes that nitric oxide to higher oxides of nitrogen products and thereby provides a means for the rapid absorption of the fixed nitrogen products from the electric discharge zone where the discharge would otherwise destroy much of the same product nitrogen which it is generating. The rapidly soluble higher oxides of nitrogen are rapidly absorbed by and held in an aqueous solution of
