7th EUROPEAN CONFERENCE ON SURFACE SCIENCE Aix-en-Provenee, France, 1-4 April 1985 The 7th European Conference on Surface Science will be held in at the University of Aix-Marseille, in Aix-en-Provence, France, from 1 - 4 April 1985. The conference will cover the field of research in which surfaces and interfaces are involved. The conference wil not include instrumentation or aspects of purely technical nature. The scientific program will consist of invited lectures, contributed papers and poster sessions. Two copies of the abstract for each contribution should be sent to the Conference Secretary before 7 January 1985. The abstracts should be typed in 1.5 spacing on one side only a sheet of A4 paper: a clear margin of 2 cm on both sides and on top and bottom is essential. The length of the abstract should not exceed 400 words. Diagrams or photographs should not be included unless they are essential to the understanding of the text. An electric typewriter with carbon ribbon should be used. The Proceedings of the Conference will be published in a special volume of Surface Science.
