In this report part of the formula for Hypaque was inadvertently left out. The full formula is: Hypaque, 85% is a sterile aqueous solution containing 28.33% (w/v) of the sodium salt and 56.67% (w/v) of the meglumine salt of 3,5diacetamido2,4,6-triiodobenzoic acid. Also, the mixture has a density value between 1.095 and 1.114. The S.6. of 1.114 gives a better result. * * *
