A ~ d v s advised in Space Research Today o. 169, listings of the issue titles of ances In Space Research has been discontinued as a consequence of the discontinuation of the concept of thematic issues as COSPAR changes the principal focus of ASR to being a publication focused on papers pertaining to space research from any source whether a COSPAR-sponsored meeting or otherwise. The principles involved in the change were spelt out in SRT No. 169. e gave full details of the procedures for submitting manuscripts intended for publication in Advances in Space Research (ASR) in the August 2008 issue of Space Research Today (No. 169), and authors with manuscripts for possible publication in the COSPAR community's flagship journal are encouraged to consult the guidelines given in that issue of SRT.

As with previous Scientific Assemblies of COSPAR, those who plan to present papers at the Montrdal Assembly are invited to submit their papers for publication in Advances in Space Research in accordance with the guidance given in SRT 169, pp. 115116.
A d v a n c e s in S p a c e R e s e a r c h A completely open journal Contributions on any aspect of space research are encouraged and can be submitted at any time in accord with the guidelines given in Space Research Today No. 169, pp. 115-116.
