Announcement - 2nd European Influenza Conference

Malta 11–14 September 2005 The Second European Influenza Conference is an organization of the European Scientific Working group on Influenza. ESWI unites influenza experts of different disciplines from all over Europe, in the aim to combat the impact of epidemic and pandemic influenza. Starting with Pathogenesis on 12 September and ending with Breaking Areas on 14 September: 18 sessions, key note lectures and plenary meetings cover all relevant scientific disciplines and focus on new developments and state of the art in the influenza field. In addition, the conference pays special attention to communication and the interaction with government representatives and opinion leaders in health care. Topics:
