ROSS LABORATORIES CONFERENCE Ross Laboratories continues to sponsor a research conference for residents and fellows to be held Friday, May 13th and Saturday, May 14th. Authors of the twenty best Resident’s Prize submissions will be invited. Financial support provided by Ross Laboratories, includes expenses for round-trip transportation witbin U.S. In addition, these twenty individuals are invited to attend the Postgraduate Course as guests of the Society.
SSAT CAREER DEVELOPMENT AWARD Thisaward for young faculty members is to assist in the establishment of investigators, basic or clinical, in digestive diseases. The award is 840,000 for two years. A minimum of 70% of the recipient’s time must be spent in research. Applications for the 1995 Award will be circulated to the membership with the August Newsletter.
