It is hoped nurses will be motivated toward developing standards of recovery room nursing practice. Enrollment limited to 50. Leaders: Carmen Wohrle, RN, MS, instructor, critical care nursing, University of Texas School of Nursing, Austin: Gwen H Dodge, RN, MSN, assistant director of education. The Association of Operating Room Nurses is accredited by the Mountain Regional Accrediting Committee of the American Nurses' Association as a provider and approval body for continuing education for nursing. Certificates of attendance are provided for all seminar participants, and 1.2 CEU will be awarded for each entire seminar attended. AORN national seminar registration is limited to registered nurses. Registration fees include instructional costs, study and work materials, and luncheon each day. A fee of $10 will be assessed for cancellation. Refunds for cancellations will be allowed only if requests are received two weeks prior to the scheduled seminar. Hotel information is sent with confirmation.
