Power Sonics LLC, Eldersburg, Md. Power Sonics' family of five a u t o m a t e d lift stations for parts cleaning utilizes space-laminated magnetostrictive ultrasonics. Following m a n u a l loading, the load lowers, lid closes, ultrasonics operates, lid opens, and load raises to the up position. S t a n d a r d features include process control timer, stainless-steel construction, and double-wall i n s u l a t e d t a n k and lid. Lift capacities range from 20 to 500 lb. Optional matched sparge, filter, and oil separation units are also available.
