INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY FOR FIBRINOLYSIS AND THROMBOLYSIS Call for Members Dear Colleague, It is our pleasure to invite you to become a member of the International Society for Fibrinolysis and Thrombolysis (ISFT). According to our bylaws (published in Fibrinofysis, 7, i-iii, 1993) ‘the objectives of the Society, which has no profit motive, are exclusively scientific and educational in nature. Specifically, the objectives include the furtherance of scientific research relating to fundamental and medical aspects of Fibrinolysis and Thrombolysis’. The ISFT has approximately 350 members from 35 different countries. The annual membership fee is set at the level of the subscription to the Society Journal Fibrinolysis. If you wish to become a member of the ISFT, please copy the registration form below and return it to the Executive Director. Your membership will be entered immediately and will be proposed for confirmation by the General Meeting of the ISFT at the occasion of the Twelfth International Congress on Fibrinolysis, organized under the Auspices of the ISFT in Leuven (Belgium), September 18-22,1994. You will be invited to pay your membership fee for 1994 (70 USD), directly to Churchill Livingstone, publisher of Fibrinolysis. This will entitle you to receive all 1994 volumes of the Society Journal. Members will also be entitled to a 50 USD reduction on the registration fee for the Congress in Leuven, provided that payment has been received by Churchill Livingstone before the deadline for pre-registration (May 15, 1994).
