American Board of Neurological Surgery 1985 Priimary E x a m i n a t i o n 1985 Primary Examination to be held Saturday, March 30, 1985 Applications for the Board's 1985 Primary Examination will be available from the office of the American Board of Neurological Surgery in the fall of 1984. Please direct inquiries to: M. Stephen Mahaley, Jr., M.D., American Board of Neurological Surgery, University of North Carolina, 148 Clinical Sciences Building, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27514. The 1985 examination fee is $250.00. Deadline for receipt by the Board of completed application and fee is January 7, 1985. Applications received after this date will not be processed. Incomplete or illegible applications will be returned. The Primary Examination may be taken for credit by any resident in an accredited neurosurgical training program in the United States or Canada at a time to be determined by the Program Director. It may also be taken for credit by practicing neurosurgeons who have satisfactorily completed their formal training. The Examination may be taken for self-assessment by any resident in an accredited neurosurgical training program in ti~e United States or Canada and by practicing neurosurgeons who have successfully completed an accredited training program in this country or Canada.

The Second Symposium on the Biology of Brain Tumour will be held in London on October 24-26, 1984.
