The authors regret that the labels of the x-axis and y-axis in Figs. 4(a), 5(a) and 5(b) are incorrect. The correct labels are below: Fig. 4(a), the y-axis should be “ε´ , 1/s” and the x-axis should be “rotation speed, rpm”. Fig. 5(a), the y-axis should be “ln(d), ln(nm)” and the x-axis should be “ln(Z), ln(1/s)”. Fig. 5(b), the y-axis should be “ln(d), ln(nm)” and the x-axis should be “ln(Z), ln(1/s)”. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
