It is with regret that the modified CCR-O model which we used for the determination of the modified efficiency scores in Eq. (8) on p. 421 is not correctly described. The modified CCR-O model is obtained by adding the last constraint of the Eq. (8) on p. 421 to the envelopment form of the traditional output-oriented CCR model.
