The authors regret for an error that went unnoticed in the previously published paper. In Table 5, h j +1 should be replaced by h j everywhere in the columns indexed by j − 1 and j − 1 + n. Upon this correction, the shape of the stability parameter τ should have the form

This correction has no effects on the computation, i.e., the computation is almost the same. The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
