Early Postoperative Chest Physical Therapy Effects on Respiratory Function in Patients With Lung Transplantation Xin Zhong* Hongjing Lin; and Jiahui Ma The First Hospital of Jilin University, Changchun, China PURPOSE: To nvestigate the early postoperative chest physical therapy effects on respiratory function in patients with lung transplant. METHODS: Giving 9 cases of lung transplant patients with early postoperative chest physical therapy, including take a deep breath and effective cough, chest buckle, sputum suction machine, etc. RESULTS: After early chest physical therapy, patients with respiratory function improved effective 8 cases, accounting for 88.9%;1 case died. CONCLUSIONS: Chest physical therapy can effectively reduce the lung transplantation patients with complications such as postoperative lung infection, atelectasis, effectively improve the respiratory function, promote the pulmonary rehabilitation, plays an active role in patient recover at an early date. CLINICAL IMPLICATIONS: Chest physical therapy can effectively reduce the lung transplantation patients with complications such as postoperative lung infection, atelectasis, effectively improve the respiratory function, promote the pulmonary rehabilitation, plays an active role in patient recover at an early date.
