Heatbath’s Nitec 9500 is a pH-regulated, 6 to 9% phosphorus electroless nickel for steel, copper, brass, aluminum, and other base metals. Nitec 9500 combines consistently high-speed deposition and extremely bright deposits. Deposits remain bright through eight or more turnovers and provide exceptional hardness, both “as-plated” and “as heat treated.” Ductility passes 180” bend test per Mil-C-26074. A stable three-component bath offers a long-life and is easy to maintain: normal replenishments automatically regulate solution PH. Test processing is available.
